A. Procedure text

1. Pengertian Procedure Text  
    Salah satu teks bahasa inggris atau biasa disebut genre yang menunjukan sebuah proses dalam membuat atau mengoperasikan sesuatu yang berfungsi untuk menggambarkan bagaimana sesuatu dikerjakan melalui langkah-langkah yang teratur

The purpose of procedure text is to tell the reader how to do or make something. The information is presented in a logical sequence of events which is broken up into small sequenced steps. These texts are usually written in the present tense. The most common example of a procedural text is a recipe.

2. Tujuan Komunikatif Procedure Text
       Memberikan petunjuk tentang cara melakukan sesuatu tindakan-tindakan atau langkah-langkah yang urut.

3. Struktur kebahasaan Procedure Text
  • Aim/Goal ; berisi informasi mengenai tujuan dalam pembuatan/pengoperasian sesuatu
  • Materials ; terdiri dari bahan-bahan yang digunakan dalam membuat sesuatu
  • Steps ; berisi tentang langkah-langkah atau urutan-urutan yang harus dilakukan agar tujuan yang diuraikan pada bagian aim/goal bisa tercapai
4. Ciri kebahasaan Procedure Text
  1. Menggunakan pola kalimat imperative (perintah) misalnya, Cut, Don't, mix, dan sebagainya.
  2. Menggunakan action verbs, misalnya, turn, put, don't, mix, dan sebagainya.
  3. Menggunakan connectives (kata penghubung) untuk mengurutkan kegiatan, misalnya, then, while, dan sebagainya.
  4. Menggunakan adverbials (kata keterangan) untuk menyatakan rinci waktu, tempat, cara yang akurat, misalnya for five minutes, 2 hours,dsb. Menggunakan simple present

First at all, give thanks for Allah love and grace for us. Thanks to Allah for helping us and give us chance to finish this. And we would like to say thank you to the lecturer that always teachesus and give much knowledge.
        This paper is the one of English task that composed of Practical English Usage English As TEFL realized this assighment is not perfect. But we hope it can be useful for us. Critics and suggestion is needed here to make this assighment be better.
        Hopefully we as a student can work more professional by using English as the TEFL whatever we done. Thank you.

INTRODUCTION

A.    Background
Project-based Learning (PBL) is a method of teaching that presents students with a problem or challenge to solve, requires them to gather information from various resources, and asks them to come up with an original solution that ends in a product or performance. Projects are great learning tools because they challenge students to work together, think in new ways, use a variety of linguistic, content, and social skills, and incorporate creativity. PBL is an excellent approach to providing multiple options for students with different learning preferences and linguistic levels. Projects can engage students in a way that other types of classroom activities generally do not, which leads to better managed classes and more effective learning.
B.     Formulation of the problem
1.      What is Definition of Project Based Learning ?

3.      What is the problem based learning ?

C.    Purpose
1.      Knowing the definition of project based learning.
2.      Definition of problem based learning.

1.1Background 
Humans in their daily life will not be separated from culture, because humans are creators and users of culture itself. Humans live because of culture, while culture will continue to live and develop when people want to preserve culture and not destroy it. Thus humans and cultures cannot be separated from each other, because in their lives it is impossible not to deal with cultural results, every day people see and use culture.
